Stipulations

  - Completed initial Business Registration Form (for all principals / entity members)
  - Official proof of property ownership (such as a copy of the recorded deed)
  - Recent property appraisal or valuation report
  - Property inspection report
​  - Environmental reports (if applicable)

  - Documentation of current tenants, such as a rent roll or lease agreements (if property is leased)
  - Recent property tax statements
  - Homeowner’s insurance policy and proof of payment or billing information
  - Proof of reserves, such as owner’s investment statements (bank, brokerage, 401k, etc.)
  - Mortgage statement or loan payoff information (if applicable)
  - Detailed business plan including projected Profit & Loss for the project (use this template: 
LINK)
  - Contractor’s construction plan with full budget and estimated timeline
  - Active general contractor license
  - General contractor’s insurance certificate with at least $1 million in general liability coverage
  - Articles of Incorporation (or entity formation documents) (if applicable)
  - Signed Operating Agreement for all members of the entity (if applicable)
  - Borrower’s attorney contact information (if applicable)
