SBA EIDL Program

At United Capital America LLC, we help businesses secure SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL), structured to deliver critical working capital for enterprises facing operational disruption from federally declared disasters. EIDL financing is engineered to keep your business stable until standard operations can resume — without compromising long-term liquidity.

Program Highlights

Term:
  - Up to 30 years (300 monthly payments)
with no prepayment penalties

- First payment deferred 12 months, with no interest accrued during this period

Loan Amounts:
  - Unsecured: Up to
$50,000.00
  - Secured: Up to $2,000,000.00, determined by financial need and documented impact

Rates:
  - Fixed rates starting from 4.00%, customized to credit strength and collateral
Use of Proceeds
EIDL funds are strictly allocated for working capital to cover:
  • Payroll and health care continuation
  • Rent, utilities, and insurance
  • Fixed debt payments and normal operating costs
Funds cannot be used for facility expansions, purchasing fixed assets, refinancing existing debt, paying dividends or bonuses, or repaying loans to owners.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for EIDL financing, your business must:
  • Be located in a federally declared disaster area
  • Have suffered substantial economic injury directly from the disaster (i.e., unable to meet financial obligations and pay necessary operating expenses)
  • Demonstrate inability to obtain credit elsewhere under reasonable terms
Loss of expected profits or a simple decline in sales does not meet the substantial economic injury threshold.

Why Leverage EIDL with Us
Our team structures EIDL packages that comply precisely with SBA disaster loan requirements. From assessing eligibility and preparing cash flow impact models to managing documentation and guiding the submission process, we position your business to secure capital that sustains operations through the recovery window.
