Are we direct lenders?
For transactions over $4,000,000 — usually Real Estate financing — we broker deals through a very small group of banks, always with your full consent.

How do we have your number?
Because we operate as a legal entity under strict U.S. regulations (which we actually follow), we’re entitled to know who is searching for loans, who is defaulting, who is modifying payments, and who has modified banking activity over the past 6–36 months
