At United Capital America, our goal is simple: fund your business quickly, safely, and with precision. But before we wire any funds, there’s one final and essential step in the process — bank verification.

It’s the last stage before funding. And if everything else is already in place — your documents are reviewed, your offer is negotiated, and your agreements are signed — then funding often happens just minutes after this step is completed.
Let’s walk you through what bank verification is, why it matters, and how we make it easy.

Why It Matters
We don’t just verify for the sake of compliance. We verify because:

1. We want to ensure your account is real, active, and ready to receive funds.

Wiring capital to the wrong or closed account can create delays, fraud risks, and lost opportunities. This is about protecting both sides.

2. We confirm your submitted financials match what’s happening in real time.
Today, anyone can doctor a PDF. That’s why we look directly at your bank — to validate your cash flow, deposits, and overall activity.

3. We make sure you’re not stacking with other lenders on the same day.
Funding from multiple sources at once can hurt your business and disqualify you from better options. This step helps prevent that.
In short: bank verification ensures the final greenlight is clean, fast, and fully aligned with your agreement.

How the Full Process WorksHere’s what the full funding sequence typically looks like at UCA:

      1. Initial Intake
– We review your request, business profile, and objectives.

      2. Documentation – You provide key docs: IDs, statements, tax returns, etc.
      3. Underwriting – Our team reviews your file and creates a preliminary soft offer.
      4. Negotiation – You and your funding specialist adjust terms as needed.
      5. Service Agreement – Final terms are confirmed, and paperwork is signed.
      6. Bank Verification Call – We confirm your account directly via one of two options below.
      7. Funding – Once verified, funds are released — often within minutes.

Two Easy Ways to Verify
1. Automated Bank Verification (via Decision Logic or Plaid)Fast. Secure. Read-only.
You’ll receive a secure link from your funding specialist, where you log in once to your bank account. This gives us temporary, read-only access to review:
      - Recent activity (typically 60–90 days)
      - Daily balances
      - Deposit patterns
      - Any signs of same-day stacking
No passwords are stored. No funds can be moved. This step takes under 2 minutes, and access expires shortly after.
It’s the fastest path to funding — and most clients prefer it.

2. Manual Verification (Temporary Login Access)If you prefer not to use automated systems, you may create a temporary login within your online banking.
This is view-only access — set up directly by you — which we use to:
      - Confirm your account is active and in your name
      - Validate your real-time activity and match it to submitted documents
      - Ensure no conflicting transactions are in play
Once our verification is complete (usually same day), you can immediately delete the temporary user. You're in full control at all times.

Final Step Before Funding
By the time we reach this stage, your entire file has already been reviewed. The only thing left to do is confirm what we’ve already seen — directly with your bank.

Once verification is complete, we can move straight to funding — sometimes within minutes.
There are no surprises. Just clarity, confidence, and capital delivered the right way.
